Reporting to:   Warehouse Manager
Overall Job objective : Cargoes receiving & releasing, inventory, warehouse housekeeping & cargoes delivery/distribution. Any other task designated by superior.

Core Responsibilities:

• Monitor & documented all incoming & outgoing cargoes
• Monthly stock inventory/warehouse house keeping
• With valid Forklift  license
• Class 3 driving license is a must
• Cargoes distribution & documents dispatch
• Any other task designated by superior

Requirement:

• Min secondary /ITE/ ‘N’ level qualification
• At least 1 year working experience in logistics or warehouse industries

Salary Range: S$1,500.00 to S$1,700.00 depends of working experiences

Job Description
Job Title:   Administration  Assistant
Overall Job objective : Update customer data by using Boon Software, issue DO, Invoices, Invoices sorting, distribute to branch office or post to local customers.

Core Responsibilities:

• All new customers to be updated to Boon Software upon confirmation of order.
• Issue DO & invoices ensuring customers’ particulars, figures, currency are perfectly accurate.
• Fax, scan or e-mail to the customers upon request.
• Invoices sorting for dispatch to branch office or customers directly.
• Prepare/check/submit CCP to Singapore custom & M’sia custom and print CCP/custom form after approved/reply by Singapore custom/M’sia custom. Training will be provided.
• Any other task designated by superior

Minimum Qualifications & experiences:

• Min “O” level
• Computer literate
• 1 year office administration working experiences

Salary Range: S$1,200-00 to S$1,500.00

Job Title:   Sales cum Customer Service Executive
Overall Job objective : Assist the Director to develop and execute annual marketing and sales plan. Achieve annual sales target.

Core Responsibilities:

• Meet sales target and bring in new high value customers.
• Prepare sales presentation kits & do presentations to customers.
• Identify potential customers.
• Prepare weekly sales visit report to clinch contracts.
• Identify new markets, conduct customer surveys and submit report to Directors on results.
• Monitor and report on the activities of competitors.
• Ensure all enquiries on sales and customers' complaints are dealt with and resolved expeditiously.
• Retain good customers, up-sell services to existing customers.
• Maintain and further develop excellent customer relationship.
• Propose ways to improve customer satisfaction and engagement as well as services which could be enhanced, repacked.
• company's contact management database with accurate, up-to-date contact and activity details.
• Facilitate links and network with the industry players eg with members of the Singapore Logistics Association.

Minimum Qualifications & experiences:

• Min "O" level with driving licence
• Computer literate

* 3 year working experiences in logistics

* Salary S$2,200-00 plus incentive
